Hello fabulous Human! I’m Emily Schuhmann, and for years of my life I mistook being successful for having purpose and fulfillment. On the outside I was a full time professor, champion swing dancer, and visual artist. Underneath, I constantly felt like I should be doing more. I ended up ignoring my needs, over giving, stressed out, and dealing with a chronic spinal injury- not to mention the occasional identity crisis or anxiety attack.

My path toward spirituality and meditation was initiated by a fracture in my spine. On the healing journey, I applied the research techniques I honed as an academic to studying numerous healing modalities and I rediscovered the spiritual gifts and gnosis I left unexplored on my way to ‘verifiable’ achievements. I am now pain free and the most flexible and strong I’ve ever been.

Every day I am laughing at my mistakes, creating art, dancing, and infusing spiritual practice with play. I have the immense honor of guiding folx in embodying their creative voice, discovering their spiritual gifts, and living the life of their dreams. It would be an absolute joy for me to get to know you and your path, here we can get to know each other.

I believe that everyone can live a life filled with self-awareness, deep healing, and effervescent magic and I’m committed to providing you with empowerment, choice, agency and variety as you explore your authentic expression.
